Namanga Road Estate Project

This project was implemented between between Oct 2012 and Feb 2015 and comprised of comprised of several bungalows each built with its own spacious compound on 1/8 acre plots.

The houses were built within Namanga Road estate which is a secure and serene location, 30 kms from Nairobi's Central Business District Area. It is situated off Namanga Road, a short distance from the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) – Athi River's main gate. There are various social amenities such as schools within a close proximity and also major shopping malls such as Tuskys and Naivas.

The town houses share common walls and each comprise of 3 bedrooms, a servant quarter and own private compound with parking for 2 cars. The houses are built within Upper Kapiti Plains Estate.
