  1. Namanga Road Estate Project

    This project was implemented between between Oct 2012 and Feb 2015 and comprised of comprised of several bungalows each built with its own spacious compound on 1/8 acre plots.

    The houses were built within Namanga Road estate which is a secure and serene location, 30 kms from Nairobi's Central Business District Area. It is situated off Namanga Road, a short distance from the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) – Athi River's main gate.
